
The Buckeye girls soccer team was well represented on this year’s All-District list, with seven players earning recognition after a historic season that saw the program capture its first-ever district championship.
Julia King was named Defensive Player of the Year, and Carlie Gunkelman earned Goalkeeper of the Year honors — both were also selected to the First Team All-District. Charlotte Diegidio and Morgan Penny were named to the Second Team, while Katie Rupanovic, Kylee Kash, and Isabelle Krakowski earned Honorable Mention recognition.
The awards cap off an incredible season for Buckeye girls soccer, one that raised the standard and set the bar even higher for the future.
